宗旨

Mission Statement

本計畫以聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）為核心框架，結合海洋環境保護（SDG 14）與偏鄉教育平權（SDG 4），在印尼龍目島與 WaveNova 組織合作進行為期一個月兩個梯次的跨國志工行動。透過海灘清潔、雙語永續教育營隊與影像紀錄，打造一個可擴散、可複製的 SDA17 青年行動模組，讓每一位志工成為永續未來的實踐者。

Grounded in the UN Sustainable Development Goals, this mission combines ocean conservation (SDG 14) and rural education equity (SDG 4) in a one-month, two-slot volunteer residency in Lombok, Indonesia — in partnership with WaveNova. Through beach cleanups, bilingual sustainability education, and impact documentation, we're building a replicable SDA17 youth action module where every volunteer becomes a practitioner of sustainable futures.

WaveNova is a grassroots ocean cleanup NGO active on @wavenova.ocean, with regular beach cleanups, marine waste operations, and a sorting station in South Lombok that directly employs local workers. Small scale, strong local roots — the backbone of this mission on the ground.

行動共一個月，分兩梯次進行。召集人與兩位副召集人、攝影全程駐點；其他幹部依各自可參與時間選擇加入梯次一或梯次二，每梯次約 8 人。暑假期間不需請假。

The mission runs one month, split into two cohorts. The director, two deputy directors, and photographer stay the full month; other core team members join whichever cohort fits their availability — about 8 people per cohort. Falls during summer break, so no leave needed.

一週三天在 WaveNova：其中一到兩天是固定淨灘／分類站工作，另一天是彈性支援日——不預先排定內容，看那週 WaveNova 實際需要什麼支援就去支援，沒有明確任務時可視為半彈性時間。地點依當週進度安排（南龍目島有多個站點，較遠的點會改開車）。一天安排較輕鬆的任務，例如影片剪輯、教案整理。週六日上午至在地小學辦理雙語課程（約 4–5 小時）。每梯次最後兩天不排任務，留給大家自由活動、放鬆。

Three days a week with WaveNova: one or two are fixed cleanup/sorting-station work, and one is a flex support day — no fixed task, show up for whatever WaveNova actually needs that week; treat it as semi-flexible time if nothing comes up. Location varies with that week's progress (WaveNova runs several stations; longer trips go by car). One day is a lighter task — video editing or curriculum prep. Sat–Sun mornings: bilingual school curriculum (~4–5 hrs). The last two days of each cohort are left unscheduled for free time.

騎機車者須持有效國際駕照（含機車類別），出發前全員確認。未持照者安排坐後座，每台最多2人。

Riders must hold a valid international driving license (motorcycle class). Confirm before departure. Non-licensed members ride pillion; max 2 per scooter.

台灣護照入境印尼可申請落地簽（VoA）或電子簽（eVOA）；建議出發前2週完成 eVOA 申請，避免機場排隊。

Taiwan passport holders can apply for Visa on Arrival (VoA) or eVOA. Complete eVOA at least 2 weeks before departure to avoid airport queues.
